This is a yummy and simple recipe for these Fall and Winter months. Full of fiber, superfoods, anti cancer ingredients, gut healing foods and awesome flavor!

Ingredients:

• 1 lb lean ground turkey
• ½ yellow organic onion
• 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 4 Tbsp chili powder (increase to taste if needed)
• 2 organic onion soup mix
• 2 cans red kidney beans
• 1-2 large (15 oz) cans tomato sauce
• 1-2 cups chicken broth
• Spices to taste: cayenne pepper, paprika, cumin, turmeric

Directions:
1. In a large pot add olive oil over medium heat
2. Add in chopped onions and cook for 2 mins until cooked but not burnt.
3. Add in turkey and brown slightly. As you continue to add in other ingredients the turkey will continue to cook.
4. Add the onion soup packets. Mix together and add water if needed.
5. Add in tomato sauce and beans. Stir in chili powder to taste (depending on how spicy you want it!). Add spices to taste! It will add some great flavor and all the health benefits.
6. It will take 10-20min to finish cooking. And ready to eat or simmer it on low until ready to eat later!
